Boards are one of the best ways to strengthen a weak and get you on track to achieve those six pack abs core ! Boards also help to build strength in your shoulders , arms and buttocks ... but these are the plates ? Even if you 're not not lift weights, you are constantly contracting your abs to hold the position . 

Planks are a great exercise that you can perform at home or indeed anywhere. No equipment needed.Move your body to be almost parallel to the floor using your abdominal muscles to stabilize and maintain the position.Start by fours on the floor and put you in a position of push-up standard . Your weight will be on the forearm for balance.Your elbows should be directly under your shoulders and your body should be in a straight line from head to toe .
